We believe that the purest expression of our surroundings and state of being is found in the kitchen. It is a creative space, where natural ingredients can be mixed with our ideas of beauty, poetry, music, happiness, and countless emotions, to craft edible interpretations of the complex world in which we live.
We recognize the importance of pleasure in our daily lives. For that reason we strive to provoke an experience for all your senses through a plethora of textures, form, colors, and flavors in each confection.
We employ the time and dedication of artisanal techniques in order to allow our chocolates to reach their unique brightness, form, and delectable consistency.
At Caxao Chocolates we use solely natural ingredients that have been meticulously chosen with an emphasis on their unique qualities and individual characteristics. No single ingredient is superior to another. Instead, we invite the perfect balance of ingredients in every piece we create.
At Caxao Chocolates, we are deeply committed to quality and hold ourselves responsible to each individual confection. We always use fresh ingredients and never use preservatives. For this reason, some of our confections will only be available for your enjoyment through seasonal collections. We aim for the superior harmony among fresh, natural flavors as the creative engine of our confections. Each mouthful will provoke a sensory memory unique to each palate.
